All participants will be required to sign a copy of the following waiver of liability available electronically here. 

When you sign up for and participate in any yoga session with me:

1. You acknowledge that you are participating in this yoga class at your own risk.
2. You assume full responsibility for your own safety.
3. You waive all liability on the part of the instructor.
4. You assert that you are physically capable of doing this class without medical restrictions.
5. You have consulted with a medical professional regarding the safety of the class, including during pregnancy.
6. Any instruction given by the yoga instructor is not medical or psychological advice.
7. If you have any physical conditions that the instructor should know about before the class begins, it is your responsibility to tell the instructor, clearly and completely and most importantly,  to only practice poses within your own level of ability and comfort.  

All participants agree to each of the items listed above and  agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims now or hereafter against Honeybee Healing Hive, LLC or any teachers whom they may employ, for any injury or damages sustained as a result of participating in the class or workshop offering. Participants, their heirs, and/or legal representatives, forever release, waive, and discharge negligence or other acts.  There will be no toleration of sexual harassment, sexual jokes, or crossing of any professional lines whatsoever. If this occurs, the working relationship will be terminated. Participants voluntarily agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
