Rachel has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington. She is also a registered 200-hour Yoga teacher and a certified Health & Wellness Coach, enthusiastically practicing since 2019 and 2020 respectively. She most enjoys designing a wide variety of specialized classes, ranging anywhere from vocal yoga (for singers) to yoga for athletic recovery. She also teaches mindfulness and meditation, and through her self-led business Wise Up Wellness, has developed a Full Circle wellness course that can be adapted for presentation of 1-15 informative and engaging classes. Rachel is also passionate about her role as a Health Promotion Coordinator at Healthy Androscoggin, as this work supports an important shift in focusing wellness programs and plans from individualized strategies to incorporate more community-centered perspectives. During her free time, Rachel enjoys seasonal time outdoors from swimming and kayaking to hiking and snowshoeing, cooking, reading, writing, photography, music, films, and vintage/antiques.

Ree Russell is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who believes in the therapeutic and transformative power of slowing down and focusing on what truly matters to oneself.
As an introvert with an extroverted personality, Ree practices both yoga and yin meditation to find balance between these dualities and the demands of a busy modern life. In addition to her 200 hour yoga teacher training, Ree holds a 50 hr Yin Meditation training and a Yin yoga teacher training.

Heather is a Reiki Master, Certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher with a heart-centered approach to supporting others on their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Her holistic trainings, combined with her degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine, provide her with a unique perspective on wellness that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Drawing from her diverse background, Heather intuitively blends various healing modalities to create personalized experiences that meet each individual where they are. In addition to offering energy work and holistic wellness experiences, Heather’s passion for learning, teaching and collaboration inspires her to create educational workshops and sacred circles—welcoming spaces where people can gather, connect, share, and explore their own paths of healing and transformation. Beyond her holistic work, Heather serves as a Memory Care Director, a role that continually reminds her of the importance of presence, compassion, and finding joy in each moment. Through this work, she is inspired by the belief that every person deserves to be seen, honored, and treated with respect, dignity, and love. Heather’s mission is to create supportive spaces where people feel empowered to connect with their inner wisdom, embrace personal growth, and celebrate the sacred journey of becoming.

Tisha is a Certified Yoga Therapist and founder of the Maine School of Yoga, is a thoughtful and experienced yoga teacher. Tisha aims to combine a mindfulness-based approach, intelligent alignment principles, and smart sequencing into her classes. She has a positive, creative, and down-to earth style in yoga and life. Her classes offer students a clear vision, invites them to explore refined alignment principles, and sets the stage for a long-term, safe and healing asana practice.
