This soulful gathering will include a heart-centered yoga practice that honors your inner light and a grounding, intention focused meditation, both giving you space to pause, recharge, and channel this season's energy towards discovering and setting your personal intentions. Space will be offered for journaling, discussion, tea, and of course, community. You'll leave with a small gift helping you "plant" your intention and watch bloom in coming months.

Each month we will gather around the time of the Full Moon to practice in community. The goal will be to reset and release habits and emotions that do not support the lives we want for ourselves. We will practice the Moon Salutation Sequence, Chandra Namaskara, a more active flow, to honor our minds, bodies, and spirits. Like the New Moon gatherings, you will receive journal prompts and a small gift to take home.
